We are so excited to announce we will be hosting these fantastic sessions ran by Rotherham United and funded by Sport England to support women going through menopause.
These fun and free sessions will include dancing, stretching & Zumba followed by a coffee and chat 😀
The sessions here at the Centre, Brinsworth will be starting from:
