Free for over 18 years, Bi-monthly wellbeing sessions to support unpaid carers.
It’s really important that you look after your own health, both physical and emotional, and to build in time for yourself.
These free sessions are to here to offer support to all the unpaid carers in our community and give them something back.
They will include: coffee afternoons, craft sessions, yoga and exercise classes.
